After you become a franchisee, our support begins immediately with onboarding, initial and on site training, use of Tool’s proprietary software, marketing support and most important, initial vendor/driver selection. On an ongoing basis, you can expect us to be available during business hours for phone calls, email and text exchanges. You will have a business support representative who’s sole responsibility is making sure you have everything you need to succeed from the company.
Tootl franchisees receive a designated territory for their business operations. When selecting a new territory, we utilize a number of relevant data points that include population demographics and we look for a variety of facilities that care for people with physical or cognitive challenges such as residential centers, dialysis centers, home health agencies and hospitals. We also look at the number of K-12 schools because Tootl serves children with physical challenges as well.
The 4-5 day classroom training in Chicago is a comprehensive training program to delve deeper into the various aspects of running a Tootl franchise. Topics covered include business administration, local marketing, client and passenger acquisition and utilizing Tootl’s business management system.
The 3-4 days of on-site training within the franchisee’s territory is a crucial component as it allows for personalized guidance and support.
This phase of training will involve practical, territory-specific training. It will include driver/vendor selection and support, local marketing and daily business operations.
On-site training ensures that franchisees are well-prepared to launch Tootl in their local market and have everything they need to succeed.
